Herbal Blends

Each package contains 1/4 cup of blend.  When using herbal blends, you must know that you can experiment with them, as everyone's taste buds are different.

Beef and Veal Blend

Use in gravies, stuffing, and marinades.  Sprinkle on beef or veal shortly before serving. 
Ingredients:  Basil, lovage, parsley, thyme, marjoram, winter savory, and sage.

Fish Blend

Sprinkle on fish, and season to taste.
Ingredients:  Basil, lemon peel, black pepper, dill, parsley and garlic.

Italian Blend

Sprinkle into spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce or pizza.  Great with beef, veal, pork and chicken.
Ingredients:  Basil, rosemary, marjoram, thyme, parsley and garlic.

Lemon Dill Herb Blend

This blend is excellent on roasted new potatoes, rice and fish.  Use it to create vinaigrettes, marinades, dips and biscuit mixes.
Ingredients:  Parsley, dill, lemon peel, and garlic.

Mediterranean Herb Blend


Use in vinaigrettes and dips, or to season beef.
Ingredients:  Sundried tomatoes, basil, parsley, oregano, marjoram, garlic, lemon peel, and sweet pepper.

Pork Herbal Blend

Sprinkle on pork chops, roast, loins, and other pork cuts to add flavor.
Ingredients:   Sage, thyme, savory, parsley, lovage, marjoram, and basil.

Poultry Blend

Use on whole chicken, chicken breasts, drumsticks and other chicken cuts to add flavor.
Ingredients:  Sage, thyme, savory, parsley, lovage, marjoram, and basil.

Soup Blend

Add 1 Tablespoon of Soup Blend and 1 bay leaf to soup.  May add more blend if your taste desires.
Ingredients:  Basil, lovage, parsley, marjoram, thyme, savory, onion, bay laurel, and celery salt.

Wild Game Blend

Use in gravies, stuffing and marinades.  Sprinkle on venison, moose, bear, rabbit, hare, squirrel, porcupine, woodchuck, or on beef, pork and goose or duck.
Ingredients:  Parsley, marjoram, lemon balm, rosemary, winter savory, onion, garlic, thyme, sage, lemon mint, lovage, chives and sweet peppers.
