Deep green to red, thick-walled with an attractive glossy flesh.  Fruits are medium-sized, 4" x 4", 3 to 4-lobed, smooth and blocky.  A nice stuffing pepper, with high yields, on 28" high plants.

Flesh is bright-red and very sweet, almost candy like. Tapered fruits are 2" at the shoulder by 6" long, ripen from green to brown to red.
